Over the years the studio has thrived with an energetic team of architects and interior designers led by Ms. Monica Uberoi (B.Arch.1992-1997,Gold Medalist), M.I.C.A (Member- Indian Council of Architecture) PG Dip- Vaastu Shastra, Member, Association of Scientific Vastu experts. She has an experience of over 23 years which includes working as a consultant architect for reputed organisations like Kothari Associates, New Delhi and Satnam Namita Asssociates, Chandigarh. She has worked on prestigious projects like The Naval Academy, Kochi (a 1200cr project), C-Dot Campus, New Delhi (200cr), Max Hospital, Saket, New Delhi, Welham Girls School, Dehradun and PGI Medical Institute, Chandigarh, to name a few.

A perfectionist by nature, Monica gives attention to detail and is committed to exemplary planning, design and execution of all projects. She has participated in lectures and forums across various design institutes in India, besides being guest faculty at several Architecture and Design colleges in Delhi. She has been an esteemed jury member at ACETECH Design exhibition at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The firm SPACES was adjudged "THE BEST INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM IN DELHI" at the Praxis Media Awards in March 2020.

Monica has travelled extensively throughout India and across the globe. From the embellishments on the ancient temples of Mahabalipuram to the sky scrapers of New York and Dubai, she has studied all in detail. During her two year stay at Germany, she got an opportunity to travel across Europe to study the Roman, Gothic, Byzantine, Baroque and the Renaissance Architecture.
