Every project we do is bespoke. Although each project is unique, the way it is approached follows a simple formula. Following a meeting with the client to discuss the brief, the design team will research and amass ideas to come up with a concept that fits the plan. Once this concept and design is approved by the client, we translate it into working drawings which are submitted to the contractors to get price quotes. Where approval of local authorities is involved, the set of working drawings is submitted for approval. We also assist our clients in short listing vendors and contactors by comparing and evaluating the bill of quantities and price quotes.
